Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If the dispute is not resolved within 15 days after submission, either you or AdultsList.com may commence formal legal action.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdultsList.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, awards, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will AdultsList.com, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for any damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising from or connected with your use, or inability to use, the Service, any linked websites, any content on the Service or such websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain, suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
Notwithstanding the above, if AdultsList.com, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the Service or any content, the liability of AdultsList.com will not exceed $100.00 USD.
